Root Partnerships appoints new Director – Paul Hunter

Root Partnerships is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hunter as a new Director. Based in Sydney, Paul brings over 30 years of experience in project management, construction management and management consulting on a range of major government and private sector projects both in Australia and abroad.

Root Partnerships’ Managing Director Peter Root said: “With the continued growth of the business, it is with great pleasure that we welcome Paul as a Director at Root Partnerships. Paul’s substantial experience in managing complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure and building projects complements our diverse project portfolio”.

Prior to joining Root Partnerships, Paul was responsible for the successful delivery of a number of major projects namely: the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct, the ‘Barangaroo South’ major remediation and capital works program, the Pacific Highway upgrade, the North West Rail Link expansion and various Hong Kong transport infrastructure works, to name a few.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a member of the UK Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE), the Australian Institute of Project Management, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
